Looking through the site, things appear fairly inconsistent between the uses of the two, so we should pick one and use it everywhere. As the project namespace is Chrono Wiki, I'd be tempted to stick to that (less work for me :)). But also the fact that if people are looking for a general chrono wiki, they'll type in "chrono wiki" first.
