At Element Trade shops, you can trade [[Element]]s you wish to discard to receive a Material in exchange. Note that how many Elements you need to get the desired Material varies depending both on what the Material is, and also based on the combined level of the Elements you use when attempting to acquire that Material. For example, if you wish to trade away Elements for an Eyeball, you will need a combined level of "12". This means you would need 12 level-one elements (such as [[Tablet]]s) to buy it - in contrast, using a single level-7 element like + a single level-5 Element will be enough to net you an Eyeball.
At Material Exchange shops, you can exchange [[Element]]s you wish to discard to receive a material in exchange. The exact number of elements required to "buy" a Material varies.

The Element Trade Shop in Home World's Termina is unique from all the others in the game in that to receive certain materials requires trading in a specific Element color for all but four of the materials - these last four materials ([[Bone]]s, [[Copper]], [[Iron]] and [[Mythril]]) are only found for sale in this particular exchange shop.

This exchange shop is found in the guest room in [[Smithy]], the same room where [[Pierre]] can be found in [[Another World]].

Just like the other Element Trade shops, how much an Element is "worth" is dependent on its level (i.e. if you want an Eyeball, which requies a combined level of 4 Black Elements, you can choose to use 4 separate level-1 Black Elements, or a single level-4 Black Element).
